MJ and Spike

*************************MJ**************************

"MJ" has been here since October 5, 2009. When her "parents" divorce was finalized, she was surrendered over to us. She was confused and scared when she first arrived; wondering what she could have done wrong to be abandoned by her family. She was returned because she does not like other dogs and feels threatened by small children. She would prefer to live in a home as an only "child". She does great with older kids and adults. She would make a great companion for anyone that is willing to give her a chance.

Hello, I am Spike! I am a black and white domestic long hair and I am 2yrs old. I was brought to the Humane Society when my playmate passed away and I was devastated and began to soil the house. I did not know how to control myself and my family was unable to give me the support I needed. Now I have had a chance to mourn the loss of my dear friend and I no longer soil outside the litter box. I get along with other cats and I do not mind small children. I am a little unsure of dogs but I am sure once I get to know them I will be okay. I am looking for a family to call my own.
