Become a Volunteer

         The Humane Society is seeking energetic volunteers committed  to helping save lives.

Volunteers must go through a General Orientation that discusses what the Humane Society is about and what volunteers are needed for. You will then be asked to fill out a Volunteer Application, set up an interview, attend a training class and begin shadowing a Volunteer Mentor.  Volunteer Mentors are fellow volunteers that will help you until you feel able to volunteer on your own.
